In 2014, my poem “Resonate” was selected for the The Montreal International Poetry Prize Longlist, one of the largest poetry competitions in the world.

In 2022, my poem “Fish at the Waterfall” was selected for the Frontier Poetry Nature & Place Prize’s Longlist.

I am a poet, a music journalist, and hold an MFA in Creative Writing from UC Irvine, one of the country’s leading literary programs. I am in the process of writing a memoir.
